About me: I’m a young female professional who works M-F days. I occupy the upper level rooms of the house which also includes the shared kitchen area. You will move into one of the bedrooms on the lower level and share the dedicated living space and washroom with the other housemate occupying one of the lower level bedrooms. The laundry room is shared and also located on the lower level. I have a huge backyard which you are welcome to use: fire pit for a week or two and then we may dedicate it to snow angels and paths to the garbage bins/alley for a few months.
My home is a drug and smoke free space. Friends/significant others are welcome to visit and share your space respectfully with your lower level housemate. No overnight guests as I find this becomes a housemate issue.
